Installed and pages are created but not working properly

First – if I view the login page is automatically redirects me to the wp-login.php – which is not what I wanted at all – you can see the behaviour here – http://natureslens.co.uk/wp-login.php

Second – upon a user successfully registering – he gets taken to this page – http://natureslens.co.uk/wp-login.php/?pending=activation – is it possible to log the user in and have him/her taken to the home page

Thirdly – this is the reason for installing the plugin, I really want moderated registration to be applied to the site, in that the user has to confirm via an email that they are a real user, (we are getting a lot of spam registrations for some odd reason), but when I enable the second setting in the moderation section, I have problems;

Upon that being completed there is a rather ugly page shown – http://natureslens.co.uk/wp-login.php/?pending=activation – which ideally I would want to theme up as well

But the big issue is that the activation link in the email always takes the user to the following page

http://natureslens.co.uk/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword&error=expiredkey

And always states ‘Sorry, that key has expired. Please try again’
