installation windows 7 64 bit wordpress

I already had wordpress set up and was working on it last week. Today I can’t access it. My file under htdocs is called wordpresstest and my database is called wptest. This is a copy of wp-config file below.
I could not get it to work with a password so I left it out.
When I was using it last week it took me straight in to the dashboard, which I thought was unusual.
