   I'm trying to install WordPress mu. After inputing installation parameters on index.php page and click "Submit", it hangs here. nothing new to be shown or pop out. stay in this page about 15 minutes till now. Should this take long time? or, that's an error?

   No, it should come right back. Also, you shoudl start a thread over in the WPMU forum: http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/
