Installation question

    When I downloaded the theme and cicked activate the screen went white. I logged out and logged back in to a white screen. What happened? It willnot allow me to do anything. Help ha!

    FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the /wp_content/themes/hatch folder and then update WordPress asap.

    I dont know how to do all this? All I have done in the past is log into wordpress and do all the content changing from the dashboard of wordpress. I am not web savy. All I use the website for is to show my portfolio. Any suggestions other than learning web stuff ha?!

    Your hosts should be able to assist you with setting up FTP software that you can use to access your site’s files & folders.
