Installation problems With wpConfig.php File

    Hi.
    posted this problem yesterday.
    still cannot install word press, says you do not have a wpConfig.php, and put it in the root directory http://www.folder of easy php 1-8, and did a http://localhost/install.php and put all files except directories in that folder and still get an error.
    so put localhost as my user name and root as my password.
    now can any one please tell me what i am doing wrong and how to fix this problem?
