Installation Problems

I’m a complete newbie with all of this and have been having some issues with installing wordpress. I would greatly appreciate any assistance that anyone might be able to provide me.

I am hosting through coolhandle and have my domain name registered with godaddy. I have already updated the nameservers on godaddy with the ones provided by coolhandle and I installed wordpress using fantastico and everything seems to be installed properly but when I click on the link to view the site I am redirected to godaddy.

Initially I tried installing wordpress through filezilla by following the install tutorial but every time I would try and open the install.php file the web browser would return a message reading you do not have permission to open this page.

Again, I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.
