Thats pretty much it. I have filled the config php file, the instalation was successful, but when I try to access the login page, this error pops up:
http://www.cepen.org/wp-login.php
Really hope someone can clarify me. It really is an urgent matter (like most of all the topics in this forum, of course..)

Does this data seem ok to you?

define('DB_COLLATE', '');
look at your server logs.
Looks okay to me now, but you might want to install WordPress version 2.5.1.
