Installation of new theme

    I try to add a new theme to my wordpress, but they will not be seen in the theme menu.

    The installation is local on my pc and are running with XAMPP (appache and Mysql)

    I try to copy the theme folder into the wp-contenet/themes folder but it will not appear in the theme menu. I can only see the two themes included in the wordpress.

    Do the default themes work OK?

    Is there any thing at the bottom of the themes page that says something about a “broken theme”?

    Hi,

    The two default Themes work fine.
    If I install themes from the theme menu inside wordpress it works.
    I have purchased a theme, inFocus, from mysite and downloaded it. Then I unziped it an paste the infocus folder into the theme folder in wordpress.
    The Infocus theme dont show in the theme menu. I have tried the sam prosedure with orther themes an got the same result.
    I have wordpress isnstalled localy on my PC.
