   Let´s start with saying that I am a dummy. Never worked on setting up a website before.
   I would like to download/upload a theme to my website.
   Two themes have caught my interest. The array theme and the Scarlett them. Don´t know which ones to use.
   Anyways. How do I upload one of these themes??
   The explanation extract the zipfile and upload the theme and plugin is not enough for me. Where should I upload it, which documents should i use and upload....I need a one to one step explanation
   can somebody help me?

   I assume that you have downloaded the Theme ZIP file from somewhere, and that you have saved it as, e.g. "scarlett.zip" somewhere on your local computer.

   From your WordPress Admin, go to: Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes
   Then click the "Install Themes" tab
   Then click the "Upload" link

   Then use the form to upload "scarlett.zip" from your local computer

   Once the Theme has uploaded, you should be presented with a confirmation screen, from which you can click the "Activate" link to activate your Theme.

   thanks for you answer, but to be very honest i don´t have the tab install themese in the menu themese?
   is that because i haven´t activate/claim my domain name yet~?

   where is de button install themes located?

   Are you using wordpress.ORG (self-hosted WordPress), or wordpress.COM (hosted blogging service)?

   Then:

   1) You're in the wrong support forum. This is the wordpress.ORG support forum, for users of the self-hosted WordPress application

   2) You cannot install additional Themes on the wordpress.COM blogging service. You must use one of the Themes provided.
