Installation Host Gator 404 Error Message

Hey there,
I am trying to install wordpress on my website (http://tiffanydazzle.me) following this guide: http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress

Every time I get to step 5, I get the “404 error” saying that website is not found. I have googled the issue and I still can not resolve it by myself. I have even used the automatic installations provided by my host and I keep getting the same message.

I have made the database and have edited the wp-config.php but I stil can’t get it to work no matter what I try.
