   Hello,

   I just downloaded the newest available version of wordpress and am attemption to set it up using Xamp.

   These are the settings I saved per the instructions I received from this site: http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/xampp/

   I have the newest version of windowns 64 bit.

   When I try and load the site in a browser I get an error stating 'Can’t select database' even though I saved the wordpress file in the htdocs folder already.

   Can someone please help? I am pretty new at this.

   Never mind, I was able to figure it out.
