    I have created a wordpress theme with custom fields for images.

    What i want to know is there any way to make a setup with all the sample data, so when the user installs the theme all the data is also installed.

    Custom fields data, as well as eveything else, is in the database, so you would have to include a sample database for a user with instructions on how to import it into a new wordpress install.
