   i keep getting this message when i try to upload plugins for social media bookmarks. any help?

   The plugin does not have a valid header

   the exact wording is above

   I also need help with the same problem.
   If I go to intall the plugin again, it says that it's already installed. The ones in particular I am having trouble with:
   Simple CAPTCHA
   Secure & Accessible PHP
   Neither show up in the back-end directory, yet will not re-install.

   Any suggestions?
