   Hi I am green with changing setting and the like, I changed the paths in my database. Added a line to the config.php
   and it says unpacking then I get this;
   /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/warrior-scholar.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-content/upgrade/wordpress-2.9.2

   It's driving me crazy. My web host is no help they say its a wordpress problem.

   I'm using 2.8.1

   I just want to upgrade and hopefully resolve this automatic upgrade problem.

   BTW I tried to manually upgrade and that was a disaster.

   Has anyone resolved this? I know I'm not the only one. I'm not very proficient at the nuts and bolts of wordpress and editing the css. I can cut and paste and tinker a little here and there.

   I'm surprised there is no step by step to resolve this.
