    I just tried up do the automatic upgrade from 2.7.1 to 2.8 and got this error:

    Downloading update from http://wordpress.org/wordpress-2.8.zip
    Unpacking the core update
    Could not copy file: /public_html/wp-content/upgrade/core/wordpress/wp-comments-post.php
    Installation Failed

    What do I do about this?

    Am I only half installed? Problem?
