hey mates.... i'm just wondering... you know how this release is designed to sit in your root folder; i.e, the folder where your WordPress-powered page will reside....
i'm wondering if there's a way to do it the other way... what if i want the wp files to be in a wp folder and my output files (blog) to be in another folder...
what changes am i to make?
    can anyone help?
    cheers

I'm sure it could be done easily. You may just have to edit your index.php file and change the references for any PHP files to the WP folder.

Moving an installation thread should help you.
My suggestion in addition to that is that you should change the URIs in the admin interface before you move the files. Otherwise, you may not be able to login after the move.
