I'm new to WordPress, and not sure what is meant by adding [bugerator] to a blank page (where would I create that blank page?)! What I wanted to do was have it appear within the admin area of my site -- I've installed Bugerator, but see that it doesn't appear in the left admin menu. Any advice appreciated greatly, thank you.

K I'd start with reading here. Spend some time and learn more about WordPress.

There is a lot there so take your time.

If you hover over the settings menu, that's where you'll find bugerator.

For a new page - it is the pages menu then add new. The [bugerator] is called a "short code." http://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode. Basically you put this on an otherwise blank page and wordpress lets my plugin take control of that page and put my content on that.
