   I already have a wordpress installation for planetsteelers.com in /public_html/steelersblog

   I want a second separate installation (it will use a completely different theme & different content) for steelerscentral.com which will be installed in /public_html/pittsburghreviews/

   What is the best practice to accomplish this?

   Just create the folder "pittsburghreviews" like you described above, and copy wordpress to that directory.

   You will need to set up a secondary database to use with the new site.

   Then, just follow the famous five-minute-install :)
