From Your Account page, look for MySQL Management and click it to access phpMyAdmin.
there is not mysql management in my page.
I think you should ask your host about this, because you still need MySQL login credentials even if you use the alternatives to phpMyAdmin that you can upload yourself, like:
http://www.sitepoint.com/phpmyadmin-alternatives/
also a complete one
http://mywebsql.net/
or login via SSH (if it’s available) and use command line mysql.
Maybe phpMyAdmin is installed, sometimes they are
http://yoursite.com/phpmyadmin
or
http://phpmyadmin.yoursite.com
but usually a more complex hard to guess URLs due to security reasons.

i install wordpress in filemanager in public_html and can login in wordpress but still i see this page

Looks like you have a file called
public_html/index.html
or
public_html/default.html
delete that file.
i install word press in file manager in public_HTML and can lo-gin in word press but still i see this page
