   When I try to run the install script, I get the following message:

   Warning: require(/home/billsc6/public_html/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/billsc6/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 19

   Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/billsc6/public_html/wp-includes/load.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/billsc6/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 19

   Try re-uploading all files & folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

   I'm having the exact same problem (with load.php). Did re-uploading all the files from a fresh download of WordPress work for you? I've spent 8 hours on this. Help!
