I've spent the last 3 hours wrestling with the install and have slightly lost my sense of humour...

Ive read the threads and tried all suggestions but still drawing blanks...

Have loaded into file with ftp; Gone through the install; get to the welcome screen fill in details; then I get ream after ream of problems before getting to the bottom of the page where it says Success!! All installed etc... When I click on 'Log In' hey presto I go back to the Welcome screen...

Im out of ideas... Can anyone help please?

    Dear stropp100

I think you forgot to create a database to support this installation.

You have to create a database using your web hosting account and then enter its credentials to wp-config.php file.

    Dear stropp100

There is an error in connection as the wordpress is unable to install using your specified database.

WordPress database error: [CREATE command denied to user 'admintiff'@'88.208.252.140' for table 'wp_users']

Moreover 88.208.252.14 is invalid in this case. Have you specified localhost as your database host or another one. Ask your webhosting support about alternate mysql host. There are two addresses one is localhost, which is generally your site and there is second one, in case localhost fails.

Generally one can login using the credentials specified in wp-config via browser into phpmyadmin.

    Regards...

Ensure that your database user has full access privileges.
