Hi i have a host at HostGator.com and i install wp2.5.1 on a subdomain, if i try to install on another subdomain doesn't work.
What can i do?

HostGator uses cPanel so when you create a sub-domain you tell it what folder acts as the 'document root' folder. For example, for each of the sub-domains, you would have folders public_html/subdomain1 and public_html/subdomain2.
Make sure, if using the same database, that you have different values for $table_prefix in each wp-config.php file.
