Edit wp-options table of your database using PHPMyAdmin. Change “home” and “siteurl” to your new url.

It should be on the next page. option_id 39 or something.

The site looks fine. I would try the following, but you should check the wp-admin folder to see if there are missing files. I’m also thinking that a plugin is prevent users from seeing the dashboard (possibly OneAll Social Login).

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems. http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F

– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
