   When I attempt to load WordPress on my computer I get an error messege:
   Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Web.Deployment, Version=7.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

   Any clues?
