Install Error – Can not select database

    Can’t select database

    We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the unionije_wordpress database.

    * Are you sure it exists?
    * On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username_wordpress. Could that be the problem?

    If you don’t know how to setup a database you should contact your host. If all else fails you may find help at the WordPress Support Forums.

    This is the message when I started the install by going: [domain]/wp-admin/install.php

    The thing is, I created the database with the name wordpress – but the system converted into hostusername_wordpress. So was the login-username.
    In the wp-config.php i set everything correct.

    1- Is there anything I can do or..

    2- If i want to istall WP into a different folder, ex. domain/blog/
    Would it be ok just to upload all into blog folder?
