   i tried to finish building my blog at home while before i do at cafe internet because i don't have any internet connection at home. but i just don't know how the way do it at home from my own computer, is wordpress allowed to do that (editing) at home

   If you don't have Internet at home you could Installing WordPress on your own Computer then do the procedures described at Moving WordPress to move to your on-line site.

   I wish my tutorials can help you to install WP in your computer (local) and upload it to hosted server
   You can copy the tutorial by pointing to this address. Download swf and or html files.
