I am new to this technology. I have changed my config file, uploaded to my host and tried to open in explorenet. I get the login page and use the login admin but I don't know when or where I was suppose to recieve the password to login here. Please help.

you should have gotten a password on the set up screen and an email with the pass from the email address you supplied on install
you can reset the password manually

The password was displayed during installation...
Doh! too slow, haha, what Sambol said...
BTW, using your email add'y like that is free buffet time for spam bots...
