Instagram Follower Count via get_scp_instagram

Hi there,

I’m using your plugin to display counts for a number of social networks, and using the custom functions you have to return the counts.

Everything is working great except for get_scp_instagram, which is returning the data for Google+, not Instagram. I’ve taken a look and it’s just a quick change in /includes/front-end-helpers.php on line 73.

I’m not using the get_scp_soundcloud function, but it also looks like the same issue is there.

Just a heads up so you can push a fix for the next update!
