Inserting javascript into rss feed posts (content_rss)

I was wondering if anybody could recommend the best method for inserting javascript content into an rss feed post. I was interested in inserting the google analytics javascript into each post. (Basically I just want to augment the content_rss method in a safe way.)

This would be much more compelling than feedburner because it wouldn’t count requests for the rss feed but instead readers of the rss feed. I haven’t explored how most feedreaders deal with JavaScript so maybe this method won’t work but it seemed it would be worth a try.
