Hello,
Im trying to put in a custom nav bar into my site using images, but I cant seem to get them to display, only the alt="" names are displayed.

I am using the default theme you get with WordPress, Ive just customized the header, footer etc images.

I cant provide a link to my site because im working on it locally, but here is a screenshot

The blue links just before the logo are the supposed images.
Currently I have all the buttons in a seperate file, and calling them in the header via the php include method.

    Thanks for any help.

Try using the full path to the images:

    <img src="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/images/my-image.gif" alt="" />
