The title pretty much says it all. When I try to insert an image from the Gallery I get a 404 error, but when I try to insert from the Medial Library, it works fine. This may have started with the most recent update. I wouldn't consider this to be a big problem, but this is a client website and workarounds tend to confuse people. Has anyone seen this before?
