Inserting categories and subcategories into a csv file

Hi.

I´m using the plugin, (which suits my needs), CSV Importer.

The only problem I´m facing, is:

The content for the header “csv_post_categories”.

I´d like to add two existing, category and subcategory.

How could I accomplish that?
