   How to do I place ads on my WordPress website??

   Hello willow27,
   depends on the position where you want to place the ad. If you want to add ads in the sidebar, simply add 'text' widget and place the code there.

   You can place the ads code in your theme files or some themes support widgets as well.

   Make sure you do not modify theme files directly - but rather use a Child Theme for those kinds of changes:
