dont know about top, but in the right sidebar, you can add anything using text(Arbitrary text or HTML) option in widget page. just download any tab query if you dnt know how to make it, give the codes of getting lists and categories or latest post inside that code. and you'll get the tab menu in rightbar.

@ grvpande Right and left sidebars are very narrow to insert tabber...

It would be best to place tabber in top broad sidebar after About description section....

But as i told u there is no top sidebar in widget section to paste coding...

Will have to insert by manipulating theme or is there any way to make top sidebar option in widget section to insert code easily...

    @sandeep1414...

Bumping is against the Forum Rules. Really!

    It says right here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/374352?replies=1

    And I quote:

Do not bump posts on this forum. Putting posts at the top doesn't help them get noticed here. The volunteers who try to answer questions look for those without replies first. If you bump a post, then it disappears from the "no replies" view. DO NOT BUMP.

On all but two of your threads, you bump obviously and repeatedly. If you find that the forums are not serving to answer your question, you have at least three other options

    1. Go out, get a book about XHTML/CSS, read it, do exercises, etc., and learn about the subject in question to fix your own problem.
    2. Admittedly, the first option will not always work in advanced cases. So, you can do a Google search to see if your problem is addressed anywhere else.
    3. If all else fails, hire someone to help. There are many people out there who make it their business to help people with their website needs on a professional basis. Since you are not allowed to solicit paid help on the WordPress Forums, it is quite possible that you may need to go elsewhere.

Thank you for understanding. I do want to see your problem fixed, and I do want you to be happy with the way your blog works. I also want to see the Forums as useful tools to solve problems, and that involves following rules.

I noticed. You said that in your bumps...

You have kind of missed the point. If the thread lasts for a long time with no replies which completely answer your question, it means that the right person (who had the answer to the question) did not find your thread at the right time.

My three suggestions for further research still stand as useful and valid options. Best of all, those options help you to follow the Forum Rules.

I hope that this makes sense,
    MindBlender 3D

P.S. Sorry I don't have the specific answer. If I knew exactly step by step what to do, I would tell you :-)
I'm not withholding the answer, just to let you know.

I do know that the recent/featured/popular content issue is a relatively hot topic; it should be pretty easy to find answers just by looking around.
