   I would like to insert a couple of images on my text dominated blog entries. After writing the necessary code, where should i upload the images? Is there a special directory where WordPress look for such images? What is the easiest, cleanest and best way to insert image on a blog entry? Is there a plugin for this?

   I want to be able to organize my entries so that all images belong to the same directory as the post.

   Any help?

   Posts are not in directories - all the content is stored in the database.
   Which version of WP? Have you ever looked around in the admin interface? When I get a new toy/tool I always try to learn it...

   While you're at the "Edit Post" screen, look down below the editor. See the "Upload" section? Bingo!
