Insert links in order to show current song playing on my internet music stream

I’m trying to add a code to my listening page on my internet radio stream to display the current song playing. I have tried numerous times and can’t get the code to work. I need assistance or instructions on where to insert the codes. Here are the instructions. Thanks.

This snippet will display the current song title and artist on your web page, refreshing once every minute.

1) Place the following code on your web page wherever you would like the summary to appear:
Code: <span id=”cc_stream_info_summary”>Loading…</span>

2) Place the following code at the bottom of the web page, just before your </body> tag:
