You should use that cute little "search" button up there. Had you, you'd have found this:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Answers-Trouble_Shooting#Headers_already_sent

out of the list that's here:

    http://wordpress.org/support/search.php?q=Cannot+modify+header+information+-+headers+already+sent

Ummm... his issue seems to be with the pingme/encloseme stuff, not 'headers already sent'. I don't know if the pingme stuff has ever been answered (I've never seen an answer to the topic, but I haven't searched either...).

The problem is that wp-config.php have nothing with this to do.
I have try to make a clean install and try the same wp-config file ifrom the broken site ones.. And that did work.
    So the problem is Database..
And now i need to sit and clean up the databse to see wher the problem is..

I Think i have found the problem.
When i make a new post he get´s ID 0
And when the next one try to post it try to set ID 0 on that too.
How do i solve this problem? Is it a bug or what..

I have this problem too right now. So far this is the only related thread I can find online, unfortunately, it is unresolved.

I noticed in my transfer to the new host, I also downgraded my MySQL and in the process, the auto increments dissapeared. Just put them back and you should be fine.
