Insert image doesn't work since today

Hello,

Since this morning, when I inserted images, it didn’t work. It doesn’t show either in Media Library. Uploading images works fine, both Browser Uploader and Flash Uploader, when clicked Insert Image, there was nothing in the draft. It was just a small blank square.

Just happened today. Tried deactivated all the plugins, still the same. Finally I used FileZilla to upload images/pictures and use “From URL” and paste the image url from FTP, and it worked.
