My add image/media button is not working. Nothing happens when I click it when I am editing a post or a page. The same problem for Adding tags
P.S I`ve tried with 3 different browsers ,so ,is not this the problem , and I have the latest WP version.

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

Solved ! Thank You , the problem was from Hana Flv Player Plugin.

Ahh , now is another problem , the button for Insert Thumbail Photo Works , but when I finish to insert , don't appear the photo there , now what problem can be ?:]
