i am having a problem inserting a gallery into a post or a page.
after choosing my images which upload no problem, i select 'save all changes' and normally the thumbnails would show and at the the bottom there would be an option to 'insert gallery' but now after 'save all changes' it just goes blank...no thumbnail or anything...
please help
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
