insert contact form 7 into blank php page

    Hello

    on a template page, I call a custom php page with iframe.
    In the filed called by the iframe, how can I do to insert a contactform7 form please ?
    I tried with <?php echo do_shortcode(“[contact-form-7 id=”716″]”); ?>
    but I got all to undefined function do_shortcode( error

    If you got an idea, thanks in advance.
