Insert code in Siderbar form or Index Newsletter (1 post)

    Dear,
    My website "www.catalogoarquitectura.cl" is made in wordpress.
    Turns out I installed the plugin "Newsletter" and did the form in html, inserting it into "Subscription Process" in wordpress.
    But I do not know how to insert the form code form or in the index! : (
    What is the code to insert? A code, right?
