   Hi there,

   In the page I see the plugin button, opens a pop up and then allow me to choose the form.
   Once this done, I click on Insert directory and nothing happen
   pop up still open, only option is cancel

   Can you help on where I am doing wrong

   Have you tried doing this in a different browser?
