   Dear
   I hope to find a resolved to data problem
   When I log in to WordPress control - appearance - themes, I saw a message
   means that a data uploaded on my website with an option "delete" .. I did understood, so I deleted.
   after that anther message appeared (Would you like to auto install this theme and populate sample data on your site?) with an option also "Yes, insert sample data please" .. but this option dose not back my data
   all data is still present but does not appear on site, and already I have a new backup.
   I hope who have experience to advise me what should I do.

   Restore your back up from BEFORE you deleted everything.
