Inputting multiple text entries to appear on site in a preformatted layout (6 posts)

I am trying to find a plugin that will allow an administrator to input multiple text entries in the administration panel which will then appear in a predefined format (pre-defined location) on a site page. Take the examples below. The administrator will input the information on say cleaning services and this info will be output to a webpage in the desired predefined format as shown below. All layouts will be the same but text content will differ. Latest offering will be at the top and as more services are offered and the max number of listings per page will be 5. A search feature is also needed. Any ideas if there are any plugin for this or maybe you can advise how to describe what I am looking for so I can search on google.

    Example.

    Cleaning Services

We offer our cleaning services in a variety of areas and our team are fully trained to meet your needs.

Booking Deposit: £20 Sectors: Home / Business Hourly Rate: £15 per hour

    Plumbing Services

We offer our plumbing services in a variety of areas and our team are fully trained to meet your needs.

Booking Deposit: £20 Sectors: Home / Business Hourly Rate: £30per hour

The Pods CMS Framework plugin will let you define a custom table and give the admin a form to fill in to add/edit entries. It also gives you all the functions to list and search the entries.

Thanks for your reply. Had a quick look at the Pods CMS. Looks rather complicated but I'll work through it. You reckon this is the easiest way of achieving what I am looking for as in the Example above with the plumbing service and cleaning service. As more services are advertised, the admin will need to go to the CMS and enter the info and this info will then appear in same layout as the previous ones have?

There is a bit of a learning curve with Pods, but I am certain that it can do what you want. Here is a link to a site where I have used Pods to do something similar: http://www.pgracglasgow.co.uk/royal-arch-2/

Each of the 'boxes' on the page is a Pods record filled out by an admin. Each square in the box is a Pods field with a description to aid in the data entry. As new records are added, they are automatically displayed on the page.
