[resolved] Inputing Korean text (3 posts)

I would like to type in both Korean and English in my blog. When I type in Korean, however, as soon as I hit "Save" or "Save and continue editing" all the Korean text turns into question marks. Viewing the blog also only shows question marks.

The blog is set to UTF-8 encoding, and so is the browser.

I've also tried typing in Korean in other text editors, and copy pasting it into the WordPress editing window. No luck.
Tried typing it in Firefox and Safari, also to no avail.

Interestingly, I created another test blog on WordPress.com (not .org) and tried typing Korean there, and it posts just fine. It seems like it ought to be possible because I see other WordPress blogs out there with Korean and English text and they seem to have no problem...

I'm on a Mac, and I installed WordPress on Bluehost. I have yet to try inputting the Korean text from a PC/Windows platform. Is this possibly an issue with the server?

    Additional info:
I tried typing Korean from a PC Windows XP platform, and encountered the same problem (the characters turn into ???? when I click Save)

Also, I tried a fresh install of WordPress 2.2, didn't touch or alter any themes or other settings, and with the very first post, I still have the same problem, so I don't think the problem is a non UTF-8 encoded PHP file.

    I'm mystified... anyone?
