   I wanted to change doctype declaration in iNova but couldnt find where. Other themes have it in head.php. Can anyone advise?

   First line of header.php is the DOCTYPE declaration.

   I found it in downloaded header.php, however in administration panel theme editor I can not see it.
   I may be the only one, but hardly. I changed DTD on my computer, uploaded using ftp and it worked. Couldn't do it from inside the wordpress.
