I can't seem to figure this out. How can I create an inline link to one of my pages? The Insert Link button doesn't seem to provide an option for internal pages or posts, only URLs.

Just remove the http://domain.com from the URL that is auto-generated. Use absolute paths, not relative paths. If the homepage URL is http://mydomain.com/wordpress and the page name is about then use /wordpress/about/ - the leading slash should be there.
It would sure be nice if there was a drop down menu that had the other internal pages, so that you don't have to cut and paste from another window. Seems like a pretty basic need for those of us who are doing CMS from WP.
