i posted this within another thread i started. my custom ajaxed blog template for some reason will not show my comment box when searching via archives or categories, or tags for that matter. the guy who designed my blog said this was a wordpress problem and there was no way around it. i come to you now asking if there is a way to fix this. my site is my user id, photography.com, all one word. any help would be greatly appreciated.

It might be that your designer isn't aware of the Template_Hierarchy in WordPress?
I'd look closer but my internet speeds aren't up to how much you've crammed onto your blog's front page! When it takes over a minute to load one page I tend to develop ADD and click on the next shiny object ;-)
