Inline Audio Player (small and simple) (9 posts)

    Hello,

I've seen many threads about inline audio players, but none of them seem to offer the solution that I'm looking for. I would like an inline audio player with a very small play/pause icon and without a status bar or anything else like that.

    Example:http://www.kinagrannis.com/music/

Unfortunately, the audio player in the example above doesn't work in Google Chrome so I don't want to use it...

Does anyone have suggestions for a small and simple inline audio player that's suitable for providing samples of an album like in the example above?

    Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion but that won't work. I don't need the audio level control or track time, and the green wouldn't look right in the context of my site...

I'm looking for a very simple audio player like this one: http://www.kinagrannis.com/music/

Unfortunately it doesn't work in Chrome...

    The exact player is http://www.delicious.com/help/playtagger

I would copy that .js file to your site and so when delicious goes buhbye you will still have it.

    Cheers

BTW - it looks like http://www.kinagrannis.com/music/ has a javascript conflict and it is not playing on that site, but on http://www.delicious.com/help/playtagger the examples on the bottom work fine in Google Chrome browser.

Ahh yes, if I can figure out how to hide the artist name and track title, then this is perfect. I suspect that's what the site above tried to do, but failed since it doesn't work properly in Chrome...
